Thanks to those who contacted me off list...
Unfortunately, I did not see a fact sheet released from FEMA this year or I would have known that the NPT was to be relayed automatically. I was going by basic information from various sources.

My
log shows receipt of the NPT from IPAWS at 14:20:55. If we had planned
to run this exactly at 14:20, there would have been 55-seconds of dead air until it automatically forwarded.
Unless I'm missing something...? Did anyone else receive this at 14:20:55?

Was today's regional test supposed to be an automatic relay type of test, so that all of the stations broadcast the test at the same time? I thought it was supposed to be handled like an RMT, where the test is received and it's relayed within 30-minutes....?
