Two-Way Communication Recommendations

Hello,

I have been asked to find a communication system that accommodates two people.  Each person would be wearing a headset with a microphone and would be heard in the other person's headset via their own headset's microphone.  I know that an IFB will not work since that is one-way communication.  This is a new area for me, and any guidance as to manufacturers, what to Google for, etc. would be appreciated.
