Jeff,
Has the IPAWS server address been released yet? Where should our EAS boxes be hunting for CAP? I don't believe that's been widely disseminated yet
Thanks for any info you or anyone else has to share!

Though you all would find this useful information about EAS CAP
Jeff
The equipment supporting the IPAWS CAP EAS feed RWT exercise routine has been relocated and is operational I received this note from the person setting the system up: "I had to send out two test RWTs on the production server, one EST the other PR/USVI The next should (in theory) on Sunday, January 15th at 2000 EST (for Guam) "
CAP EAS devices may have logged the RWTs issued this morning (Tuesday, January 10) depending upon their device settings
The previously described Monday morning single RWT exercise routine should run automatically from this point forward CAP RWT messages will be sent at 11 AM in each of 9 local time zones extending from Guam & CNMI (UTC +10 "Where America's Day Begins") to American Samoa (UTC -11)
There will be one CAP RWT issued per time zone on a whole state basis during the local 11:00 AM hour each Monday (For purposes of these exercises states divided into two time zones are assigned to the time zone that includes the largest area within the state )
Status reports noting any variances to the described exercise routine will be posted to these discussion lists as they are reported/discovered
