Last night's RMT

Obviously, we had an "issue" with the RMT last night. The RMT went, and all the LP-1's retransmitted it....but there was no message. Therefore, it was not a legal RMT (an RMT must have the message).

For whatever reason, WNYC-FM's playout system decided that the message should come AFTER the EOM.
So.....we are presently discussing whether to re-do the RMT for August. That being said, the RMT was attempted - it was retransmitted, though with technical flaws, by the LP-1's. So it is perfectly legal to log the test as received and/or transmitted with technical flaws (a missing message) for the reason stated above.
I don't think we will be redoing it, but I may be outvoted by the other LP-1 stations. Stay tuned.
