By unanimous decision, we will NOT be doing a makeover of the August RMT.
The test should be logged as the August RMT, but with technical errors, as the originating station, WNYC-FM, did not send the required test message. If your station did NOT retransmit the flawed test, you should execute a RWT this week to keep yourself legal.
What happened is that WNYC's playout system, for whatever reason, sent the message AFTER the EOM went. They are presently looking at things to find out why.
So, in the Olympic spirit….we give them a 9.9 for a valiant attempt, and a 1.0 on execution – and Stag owes US a gold medal. :o)
