I am forwarding a message from Chriss Scherer….
“I am very sad to report that John Battison, the founder of the SBE, as well as my very good friend, mentor and magazine colleague, passed away this morning. I am told he died peacefully. Additional details will be shared when we have them. John was born Sep 11, 1915.”
I will pass along more info when I hear it.
