I wanted to pass this along to you all to spread the word.  Watch out for this scam artist who's latest con is that he is launching a new global financial broadcast network. When I spoke with him he used the alias Mark Clark and is working out of an attorney's office on 60 E. 42nd Street in Manhattan.
 
 
Just google "Jerome D. Hoffman fraud" and you will see a vast amount of allegations and cases against this guy for fraud in multiple states and dating all the way back to the late 60's.  He is a career con man.  His MO appears to be to "create" a company seeking to get some private investment and "hires" one or two key people from that industry to provide him with the credibility he needs to make it all seem legit.  Eventually he cuts bait without paying any of the folks he "hired". 
 
This week he posted this on Cynopsis.com:

I was diligent enough to investigate this guy further after my first contact with him because it set off my bullsh*t meter.  And it was a very good thing I did.  I'd hate to see one of our engineering friends get suckered by this guy and get taken for a ride.
