Jeff,
He mentions "attached picture of the CMMB spectrum". I don't see it. Can you forward?

Received this yesterday from a company called New York Broadband. TV guys…really everyone responsible for RF…. please pay close attention and be aware of this.
Jeff
My name is Xun Shao from New York Broadband LLC. Our company is the owner of 4 low power TV stations in New York (Ch. 26, 32, 35 and 43). We have obtained the license from FCC to experiment the CMMB technology in our LPTV facilities in New York. Attached please find the license. We are planning to install the equipment next week, and start the experiment in December, ending Dec. 20th 2013. The experiment will be on Ch 32(midnight to 6am) and 35.
CMMB is an OFDM modulation based broadcasting standard. Its waveform fits into the ATSC 6MHz spectrum mask. Please see the attached picture of the CMMB spectrum, which was obtained in the preliminary trial in Richmond VA. The goal of the experiment in New York this year is to demonstrate that the overall technical parameters of CMMB fully comply with FCC regulations in terms of power and interference, and confirm that CMMB signals do not interfere with adjacent ATSC channels.
Please let me know if you need further information regarding the experiment. My contact info is listed below. Thank you.
