Believe all NJ RMTs originate from the NJ OEM office.  Didn’t come in Tuesday morning due to the weather issues.  Was sent this morning:

The Civil Authorities have issued a Required Monthly Test for all of New Jersey beginning at 12:49 am and ending at 1:49 am (WHTZ FM).

CAP Text: The Civil Authorities have issued a Required Monthly Test for all of New Jersey beginning at 12:49 am and ending at 1:49 am (WHTZ FM). The New Jersey Office of Emergency Management is conducting a test of the Emergency Alert System. Had this been an actual emergency, the attention signal you just heard would have been followed by official information or instructions. This concludes this test of the Emergency alert system.
