The December RMT for New Jersey ran one night later than usual as I remember it  So instead of overnight on the 3rd Tuesday in ran about 1am on Wednesday Dec 18th I also saw it relayed by WFPG Atlantic City and WRAT Belmar, NJ    I have a copy of the NJ EAS plan on pc I can email  It specifies the details on which station should monitor which I use as DTV converter audio output to monitor NJTV Next month January the RMT would normally be the 3rd Tuesday about 10:50 or 11 AM

BTW…  My WWTR  is supposed to Monitor NJPR and WNSH…    I get the NJPR Via Cable TV at the transmitter site however WNSH must be in a Null with an outside antenna I just cannot hear them in Bridgewater I hear everyone else on the dial even Delaware Valley Stations  So I know the Antenna is Fine But WNSH Just does not exist  Prior to its Sale… I heard it  rock solid Go Figure
