A quick online look the FCC database listing for the one in Teaneck NJ shows a transmitter site in Manhattan at the Trump Tower
It came up as W19EH-D listed on Channel 20 out of NYC, betting that is the one

Is anyone aware of, or involved with, a new low power DTV transmitter on channel 20 in or near mid-town Manhattan, or possibly Queens?
FCC Media Bureau database shows only the Hempstead and Teaneck transmitters
