FW: RMT - rescheduled for Tonight

According to our overnight crew the make up test from WINS was scheduled by traffic to be forwarded at 1:59. However when the operator attempted to forward the test it was discovered that it was set to expire at 1:58. WNYC FM and WNYC
AM did not forward the test.
