NJSP says the RMT will happen tomorrow (Wed) at 10:50 am. Operate error was today's problem.

 Just checking if we can expect the regularly scheduled Monthly EAS RMT test to be rescheduled for tomorrow at the usual 1050 0r 1100 AM time?
