Yes it seems like they cleaned up the former dead air gap they used to have of about 10 seconds between the end of verbal message and the 3 end tone bursts. I had mentioned that at the meeting back in November 2019.
10 or 11 seconds of nothing sounds like an eternity on the air.

NJSP says the RMT will happen tomorrow (Wed) at 10:50 am. Operate error was today's problem.
